1. Using LaunchHive

LaunchHive is a platform for launching products, exchanging backlinks, redeeming partner deals, and listing or acquiring small software businesses. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Listings & content

You retain ownership of content you submit (products, listings, comments) and grant LaunchHive a licence to display and promote it on the platform. Content must be your own or properly licensed, lawful, and not misleading. We may moderate, edit, or remove content that breaches these terms.

3. The acquisition marketplace

Business-for-sale listings carry self-reported metrics. LaunchHive is a listing venue only — we are not a broker, do not verify financials, take no commission, and provide no escrow. Buyers must perform their own due diligence. Any transaction is strictly between buyer and seller.

4. Backlink exchange & deals

Backlink partnerships must reflect genuine editorial relationships. Partner deals are provided by third parties on their own terms; availability and eligibility can change without notice.

5. Payments

Paid features (Pro membership, fast-track launches, and listing fees) are billed through our payment processor. Fees are described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

6. Liability

LaunchHive is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from marketplace transactions or third-party deals.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
